1. What we collect

When you book or contact us: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, trip details (pick-up place, destination, date and time, passengers, bags), flight number if you give it, and any special requests you write.

If you create an account: your name, email, phone and a password. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.

2. Why we use it

To arrange and carry out your trip, to contact you about it (WhatsApp, phone or email), and to keep a record of your bookings. We do not use your details for advertising.

3. Who can see it

Our team and the driver assigned to your trip see the details they need to carry it out.

We use trusted service providers to run the website, store data and send our booking alerts (hosting, database and email / messaging services). They process data on our behalf and only for this purpose.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The website uses only the small files it needs to work: one to remember your language, and one to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and for our records, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to booking data is limited to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
