1. Our service

Nairouz Limousine provides private transfers and trips with a professional driver in Sharm El Sheikh and the surrounding South Sinai area: airport transfers, rides around Sharm, trips outside Sharm, and arranged sea and safari trips.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking made on the website is a request. It is confirmed once our team contacts you on WhatsApp, phone or email, and the status of your booking is shown on the confirmation page.

Please give accurate details: pick-up place, date and time, number of passengers and bags, and a phone number we can reach (WhatsApp if possible).

3. Prices

Airport transfers and rides inside Sharm El Sheikh are charged at the fixed price shown for the vehicle you choose, in US dollars, with no hidden fees.

Trips outside Sharm El Sheikh (for example Dahab, Taba or Saint Catherine) and special requests are quoted on request. We confirm the price with you before the trip.

The agreed price can change only if the trip itself changes, for example an extra stop, a different destination or a long additional waiting time. We will tell you before that happens.

4. Payment

No payment is taken on the website. You pay for your trip directly to the driver or our team at the time of the trip, as agreed with you.

5. Airport pick-ups and flight delays

For airport transfers please add your flight number. Our team follows your flight so your driver is waiting at arrivals even if the flight is early or late.

6. Changes and cancellation

You can cancel or change a booking free of charge. Please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp so we can release the vehicle and the driver.

7. Passengers and luggage

Each vehicle has a maximum number of passengers and bags, shown when you choose it. Please book a vehicle that fits your group. If you need a child seat or have special requirements, write it in the special requests field.

8. Responsibility

We do our best to be on time and to keep you comfortable and safe. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or changes to your flight.

Please keep an eye on your personal belongings during and after the trip.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
